I use it daily to keep moving and stay active.
** Update: Many updates later its still wildly inaccurate. Props for a very motivating system and lovely design, but still constantly drains battery (I notice location tracking is always on) and cannot run in the background, so app must always be on. Despite this its location tracking and route guessing is terrible and often thinks I went on a wild high-speed zigzag through buildings when I didnt go anywhere at all! Moves, which also tracks user movement, is able to be far more accurate while running in the background so its a shame. I originally started using Human about a year ago but deleted it because my iPhone 5 couldnt handle the battery drain, so its incredibly disappointing to see that it still suffers from all the same issues. I still like the goal of trying to make 30 minutes a day so Ill keep using it, at least until something better comes along or I get an Apple Watch.
I have tried other apps but Human is simple and user friendly. It helps me to keep moving
I like the subtle push to get out and exercise this app brings. The metrics gathered is fast growing but how it is presented is sloppy. Each update brings improvement giving me hope that greatness is around the corner. Please continue to refine the data collection and feedback.
A must to track your activity....
This app is great for tracking any activity (i.e. Biking, running, walking), its accuracy could be improved. On the upside is good enough and the app doesnt consume much battery. I would definitely recommend it!
It keeps focused on a goal of being active
i like to measure my activity. Previous versions worked great but after modifications it starts failing from time to time and the result is not so accurate. If they fix that I will give them 5*
I like this app a lot and Ive been using it for a while. I would and have recommended it to friends and family.
The app is different from other activity apps in the way it shows you what you have done
Can be tough on the battery, but theres a low-power mode. Ive tried a lot of fitness apps, but Human actually inspired and encourages me.
Without iphone, not correct.
I LOVE the background scenes and the fun&quirky positive messages it sends. But it doesnt always get my walk times right or it confuses my bike riding vs my walking vs my driving. And why does it say Transport when Im just sitting down. It has a ways to go to be a great app but had potential. Also w Pulse you can see there arent really too many people using it compared to other fitness trackers.
All it really does is track time out doing something consistently. Could be a long hike long slow walk or mowing the lawn. What is kinda fun is seeing how your "time out" relates to others with the app.
Better than a few Ive tried over the years. Has a few quirks here and there but overall decent and helps keep track of my activity.
This has been the best app to consistently measure my physical activities each day for the last two years. No matter if I am running, walking or bicycling. Would recommend it to anyone.
Easy to use tracks all my activity
No cut and paste, so unable to use password management services. Thats a non starter for me. Strong passwords for cloud based services are required and your app almost forces weak passwords.
As someone who struggles with new disabilities (diabetes & COPD), this keeps me going! thanks "human!!!" ;-)
